The $10,000 Challenge !
By H. Speed Wilson
From: Rapture, prophecy or heresy: Will biblical christians be removed from
the earth to heaven?
God's word vs man's doctrine 1989
The following Scriptures state clearly (requiring
no interpretation) that there will be no rapture (the physical removal of Biblical Christians from the world/earth to heaven). I will pay $10,000 to anyone or any group who will list and quote an
equal number of Scriptures that state as clearly there will be a "rapture".
1) Jesus prayed in John 17:15 and 20, "I pray
not that You (Father God) should take them (believers: verse 20) out of the world, but keep them from evil." Do you doubt that the prayers of Jesus Christ our Lord will be answered/fulfilled?
2) Jesus tells us in Matthew 13:29-40. "I shall first gather the
tares from among the wheat." The field is the world, the wheat represents the children of the Kingdom, the tares are the children of the Devil and the harvest is the end of the age.
3) Jesus also explains in Matthew 13:41,
"The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather
out of his Kingdom all things that offend (evil), and them which do iniquity."
4) Jesus continues to emphasize His point in Matthew 13:47-48, "Again... they cast the bad/evil/wicked
away at the end of the age. "
5) Jesus states this point so very clearly in Matthew 13:49, "..At the end of the age,
the wicked shall be taken from among the just (righteous)." Even after all these examples, Jesus asks us in verse 51,
"Have you understood all these (parables) taken together?" (Amp.) Do we now understand who is taken/destroyed out of the world at the end of the age?
6) Jesus is not a false prophet! In Matthew 24:37-41, Jesus prophesies, saying, "As the days of Noah were. so also will the coming of the Man be. For as in the days of Noah before the flood
They (the wicked) were eating and drinking and They (the wicked)
were marrying and giving in marriage, until the day Noah entered the ark, and They
(the wicked ) did not know until the came and took
Them all (the wicked) away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. Then, at the coming of the Son of man, two men will be in the field, the
(wicked) one will be taken and the (righteous) one left. Two women will be grinding at the mill, the
(wicked) one will be taken and the (righteous) one left."
7) In Luke 17:26-30 and 34-37 we read
"As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the coming of the Son of man: They (the wicked)
ate. They (the wicked) drank. They (the wicked) married, They (the wicked) were given in marriage until the day that Noah entered the ark. and then the flood came and
destroyed Them all (the wicked). Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot: They (The wicked) ate. They (the wicked) drank They (the wicked) bought, They (the wicked) sold They (the wicked) planted, They (the wicked) built; but the same day that Lot went out of Sodom
(not out of the world) it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and
destroyed them all (the wicked). Even so will it be in the day the Son of man is revealed.."I tell you, in that night there will be two men in one bed, the
(the wicked) one will be taken and the (righteous) one left. Two women will be grinding together, the
(wicked) one will be taken and the (righteous) one left. Two men will in the field, the (wicked)
one will be taken and the (righteous) one left." And His disciples asked Him, "Where, Lord (will the
wicked be taken)? And He answered them saying, "Wheresoever the
(dead) body is, there the vultures and buzzards be gathered together." (Remember Rev. 19:17-18, where an angel calls the
"fowls that fly" to devour the dead rebelled against God.)
8) Peter confirms this truth for us in 2 Peter 2:5,
"God saved (kept safe) Noah... bringing the flood upon the ungodly of the world." Noah was
not taken out of the world.
9) Jesus emphasizes His point that the righteous ones are
not taken out of the world in Matthew 24:21-22 and Luke 13:19-20 saying,"If the days (duration) of the great tribulation were not shortened
(decreased in number), no man (flesh) would survive (be saved): But for the sake of the elect
(Biblical Christians) those days will be shortened (decreased in number)." Jesus makes it so very clear that Biblical Christians would
go through the great tribulation, since the Bible makes it clear that
all the wicked will be destroyed, God wouldn't need to
"shorten the day of tribulation" if only the wicked are there!
10) The 23rd Psalm repeats this message clearly,
"Yea. though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for
Thou art with me.. "
11) Psalm 37:9-11,28& 29, "The
evildoers (the wicked) shall be destroyed (cut off): But those who wait
(endure) upon the Lord shall inherit the world/earth. For yet a little while. and the wicked shall not be; yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and
and it shall not be. But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace... For the Lord loveth judgement, and forsaketh not His saints, they are preserved forever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.
The righteous shall inherit the land and dwell therein forever."
12) Psalm 145:20, "The Lord preserveth all them that love Him:
But all the wicked He will destroy."
13)Psalm 125:1, "They that trust in the Lord shall be as (like) Mount Zion which
cannot be removed, but shall stay, forever."
14) Proverbs 10:30, "The righteous shall
never be removed: but the wicked shall not inhabit the earth."
15) Proverbs 2:21-22, "For the upright shall dwell in the land (earth) and the perfect shall
remain in it, but the wicked shall be cut off (destroyed)from the earth, and the
transgressors shall be rooted out of it"
16) All the above Scriptures are combined and amplified in Psalm 37:34-40,
"Wait on the Lord, and keep His way, and He shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when
the wicked are cut off (tares) (destroyed)thou shalt see it. I have seen the wicked in great power, and spreading himself like a green bay tree
(that groweth in its own soil). Yet he passed away, and lo, he was not; yea I sought him, but
he (the wicked) could not be found. Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace. But the
transgressors shall be destroyed together: the end of the wicked shall
be cut off/ But the salvation of the righteous is of the Lord: He is their strength in the
time of trouble (tribulation). And the Lord shall help them, and deliver them from the wicked
(evil one) and save them, because they trust in Him."
To understand what 1st Thessalonians 4:13-18 really tells us, read chapter 5.
I Thessalonians 5:23-24, "May the God of peace make you holy through and through. May you be kept sound in
spirit, mind and body, blameless until the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ, who called you and is utterly faithful and He will
finish what He has set out to do." (PME)
Amen and Amen!

P.S. If, after reading this book, you cannot meet my $10,000 challenge and you still believe there will be a fly-away-escape-to-heaven-rapture you should line-out these Scriptures in your Bible as a reminder that you are
"adding to" and "taking from" the Word of God. (See Rev. 22:18,19).

Mr. Wilson, My name is Tim Brown, and my search for the truth continues. If you would like to contact me, email to Praeterbro@aol.com. I can not sumbmit to your challenge because your standpoint is solid. I agree that the Bible does not teach a "rapture." Therefore, I do not challenge you, in fact, I support your Biblical conclusions, and have for some years. I defy any "rapture" of Christians at any time - be it past or future. Many Preterists had found the spiritual-rapture idea ("traditional preterist standpoint) hard to defend (because traditions have made the physical-rapture so "sacred") so they twisted scripture and others' minds to mean a literal "taking up." They claim that it is the only reasonable way to explain the "silence" after AD 70. This is all well and good, if your aim is to defend something that has been handed down for nearly two millennia WITHOUT the guidance of the Paraclete. It seems to me that scripture explains this "silence" in two ways: 1) That at the parousia, "knowledge, prophesy, and tongues" (the charismata) would cease. And 2) that in Revelation, John is told not to seal the book, and to LET HIM WHO IS UNJUST BE UNJUST STILL, HE WHO IS FILTHY...et cetera. My opinion is that in Revelation we have a record that was to be heeded by ALL who read (and doubtless there were other prophecies - unwritten - heard by many among the first century churches.) JOHN (and therefore, all who read the prophecy) WERE TOLD TO STOP EVANGELIZING, you get the point. Anyway, it's my opinion that we're all groping through the Holy Bible, and that it's climactic event was the destruction of the "earthly kingdom" which was the symbol of the "old creation." We live in a whole new system, the "new creation." What Christianity today is doing is akin to telling your children to keep their coats on even after the hot summer comes. Sincerely, Tim Brown.

Colonel Wilson, I don't want your money, but I'd be glad to walk you
through the Scriptures regarding the rapture. There are more than 17.
John 17:15-20 is not a bad place to start but knowing the Old Testament
verses that are being referred to by Jesus in this section of Scripture
is important in understanding what he's saying. The keys are in Genesis,
Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Psalms, Isaiah, Joel, and a Pastoral
Epistle. Daniel is helpful but not key. Without these, the letters to
Thessalonica and Corinth are incomplete and Revelation becomes
fragmented. You'd be interested in knowing that this debate also
occurred in the first century. It would probably be good to sit down and
go through them as I'm sure you will be quite excited about them when
you see them. The implications are quite astounding. Are you going to be
in Florida any time soon? My cell number is 786-256-2639. J. David

Jesus is Lord. Colonel Wilson, I have more than enough Scriptures to
clearly document the Biblical doctrine of the rapture, although I don't
want your money. Your John 17:15,20 Scripture is a good starting point,
but you only have half of the Scripture correct. To correctly interpret
it, you must realize that Jesus is referring to an Old Testament
Scripture. The Scripture He is referring to is Isaiah 66:19. As you may
be aware of, all of Isaiah's prophecies are double (although one is a
'mirror' image prophecy). This one is no different. If you look, the
prophecy is defined in 66:7-11 and the end result is in 19b-20 in each
instance. The two fulfillments are the ascension of Christ, followed by
the Diaspora, and the ascension (rapture) of the Church, followed by the
Time of Jacob's Trouble. Jesus is saying in John 17, just as when he was
quoting Isaiah 61 (when He stopped short of quoting the whole
Scripture), that the fulfillment of the prophecy would not occur in one
setting, that but this because, as you indicated in the front of your
book, you are dedicated to 'sound doctrine.' J. David Pitcher, Jr., MD

Hi Mr. Wilson.
I have for years been grappling with this issue and have come to my own
conclusion that When HE (Jesus) comes we will meet him, when HE decides to
come HE will come.
The simple fact is this when the fruit is ripe you pluck it from its root,
the theory of the rapture is sadly just a theory, I will shortly throw this
case wide open and prove this theory was a Jesuit counter attack on true
believers to deflect us from seeing them for who m they really are. Forget
Darby or Irving, they only picked up a false teaching that was almost
forgotten about.
But for now I say this with a heavy mournful heart: just seek G-D the Father
while he is to be found become born again through Jesus Christ and except
the truth. Put away theories of men and believe upon the only ONE who can
save you from this world. Jesus Christ is the alpha and omega therefore: All
bible readers should know Paul asked us to comfort one another with these
words,” that the Lord will meet us in the air" he didn’t mean it to become
a doctrine or a theory it was a word of comfort. Please people just focus on
Jesus donÂ’t get caught up in squabbles that will hurt the Body. Good men
believe pre/mid/post.G-d is none of these things because HE is, time
doesnÂ’t rule HIM .HE is outside of time. Rapture doesnÂ’t exist the only
truth that exists is the truth of Jesus Christ and the true discovery of
whom he is and The Bible HIS WORD to mankind is a plumb line for our us, The
B..asic I..nstructions B..efore L..eaving E..arth.
I will provide proof of this counter attack shortly ,remember the early
church never spoke about the rapture, so please think
1.who said it in the context that we understand today and why.
2. Jesus does not contradict himself.
3. The Word of G-D can never be wrong, however men are.

I am sure glad that someone has discredited this very weak rapture theory
that I never believed even when I was teenager. I have been studying the
Greek on this for quite some time now and I believe the evidence for a
rapture in the way most people believe has very little Biblical support. Why
wouldn't this have written by more Bible writers if it is so important? I
believe it is just mistranslated. Now we have a whole theology that hinges
on this one verse in 1 thess. Bad Pre Trib Theology.

I agree with you completely that the Scripture does not indicate a
pre-tribulation rapture or even a mid-trib rapture. We can not go further
and conclude that there is NO rapture at all though. I do believe that there
are many verses that indicate we will not be here for the Wrath of God.
In 1Thessalonians 1:9-10 we learn:
9For they themselves declare concerning us what manner of entry we had to
you, and how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God,
10 and to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, even
Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come.
1Thessalonians 5:9-11 also says:
9 For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our
Lord Jesus Christ, 10 who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we
should live together with Him.
11 Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are
doing.
We are to be comforted by the knowledge that we are not appointed to wrath
but that we are to obtain salvation through Jesus.
Romans 5:9 states:
9 Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved
from wrath through Him.
We also see in Revelation 15 that the seven bowls are filled with the wrath
of God and when they are poured God’s wrath will be completed.
1 Then I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous: seven angels
having the seven last plagues, for in them the wrath of God is complete.
7 Then one of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven
golden bowls full of the wrath of God who lives forever and ever.
Therefore if we are to escape the wrath of God it would appear that the
rapture would occur before the bowls.
On another point we will be meeting Jesus in the air at some point or the
Bible is lying to us.
In 1Thessalonians 4:15-18 we are told:
15 For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and
remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are
asleep. 16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with
the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in
Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught
up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we
shall always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore comfort one another with these
words.
I believe that the rapture or meeting the Lord in the air, whichever it
should be called happens at the last trumpet which is just before the bowls
of God's wrath are poured out on the earth.
I believe that there is a clear distinction between the time when Jesus
comes for the saints at the first resurrection and when He returns with the
saints to mete out judgement.
In Rev. 14 there are two separate reapings that are shown. I believe the
first one is the catching away of the church before the Wrath of God is
poured out.
Rev 14:14 Then I looked, and behold, a white cloud, and on the cloud sat One
like the Son of Man, having on His head a golden crown, and in His hand a
sharp sickle. 15 And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a
loud voice to Him who sat on the cloud, “Thrust in Your sickle and reap, for
the time has come for You to reap, for the harvest of the earth is ripe.” 16
So He who sat on the cloud thrust in His sickle on the earth, and the earth
was reaped.
We see that after this reaping by Jesus, who comes on a cloud, there is a
reaping of another nature.
17 Then another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also
having a sharp sickle.
18 And another angel came out from the altar, who had power over fire, and
he cried with a loud cry to him who had the sharp sickle, saying, “Thrust in
your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth, for her
grapes are fully ripe.” 19 So the angel thrust his sickle into the earth and
gathered the vine of the earth, and threw it into the great winepress of the
wrath of God. 20 And the winepress was trampled outside the city, and blood
came out of the winepress, up to the horses’ bridles, for one thousand six
hundred furlongs.
In Luke 21:27 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power
and great glory. 28 Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift
up your heads, because your redemption draws near.” Revelation 14 (above)
Jesus is also depicted as coming on a cloud. And remember how the meeting
the Lord in air is described similarly in 1Thess.
Whereas in Revelation 19:11 we see this about Jesus’ coming with God's
Wrath:
11 Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him
was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war.
12 His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He
had a name written that no one knew except Himself. 13 He was clothed with a
robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. 14 And the
armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on
white horses. 15 Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He
should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron.
He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
Notice there is no mention of a cloud and He is coming with the armies of
heaven clothed in fine white and clean linen. From Revelation 19:7-9 we see:
7 Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the
Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.” 8 And to her it was
granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is
the righteous acts of the saints.
9 Then he said to me, “Write: ‘Blessed are those who are called to the
marriage supper of the Lamb!’” And he said to me, “These are the true
sayings of God.”
You made mention of the wheat and the tares and it must be noted that after
the tares are gathered from among the wheat they are thrown into the fire.
There is another parable that states the same thing in regards to the
dragnet in Matt. 13: 47-50. It is called the end of the age. If you go to
Rev. 20:15 you will see when the wicked are thrown into the lake of fire and
that is not until the end of the age after the 1000 year reign of Jesus on
the earth. It is not until then that the second death occurs. Yes there is
judgment when Jesus returns with His army dressed in fine linen as
previously mentioned but it is not by fire. Rev. 19:15-18 Out of his mouth
comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. "He will rule
them with an iron scepter." He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath
of God Almighty. 16 On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written:
KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.
17And I saw an angel standing in the sun, who cried in a loud voice to all
the birds flying in midair, "Come, gather together for the great supper of
God, 18 so that you may eat the flesh of kings, generals, and mighty men, of
horses and their riders, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, small
and great."
There is no mention at all that this supper is a barbeque.(fire- just a
little humor)
But the truth is that simply because the Scriptures do not support a
pre-trib rapture we have to deny the clear teaching of God to conclude that
there will therefore be no rapture at all. Who but the Bride of Christ is
seen coming dressed in fine linen from HEAVEN with Jesus after the bowls of
God's Wrath are poured out? It simply makes no sense at all to try and
interpret meeting Jesus in the air in any other way.
I look forward to hearing from you.
By the way you can make the cheque payable to Barbara Purdy. :-)

Ive known that the Rapture theory was wrong from the beginning I ve
surrender my body to the Holy Ghost. 1 thessalonian 4; 17,18 says the dead
in Christ will rise 1st. John 6;39,40,50,54 and Jn 11;24 Christ said I ll
raised them up on the Last day, ""them means all saints that their spirit
left their tempory temple, and the judgement is also on the Last Day. I m
keeping you H. Speed and all the saints that will finally come to agree with
the word that the rapture is just for wimps who doesnt want to agree that
Christ makes us overcomers and more than conquerors to be able to go threw
the challenges. Romans 8;19 And if the whole world is waiting for the
manifestation of those that belong to Christ well it would be unwise for
Christ to take those that belong to him out. Foxes have hole birds have nest
but I have no where to lay my head says Christ. That because the body is
dismembered but once the body unites those that refuse to be part of the
body will be looking forward to go to hell cause its gone be more
confortable for them there than it will be with the glorious saints that
Christ is returning to be glorified. Colonel H. Speed God Speed

Dear Mr. Wilson,
I accept your challenge about proving the Rapture in the Bible. I shall not
use the typical well know Scriptures that point to the Rapture but the
verses in the Book of Revelations that to the serious Christian can
recognize the truth when they see it. When you read a book on arithmetic and
it tells you that 1+1=2 do you stop and ask yourself why you should believe
the arithmetic? You know instinctively that the arithmetic is telling you
the truth. Therefore if you are an honest man this revelation I received in
a word study on the Rapture will convince you that your premise needs to be
readjusted.
Revelations 3:10- 4:1 is where the Rapture is presented and I will add other
tangible evidence to confirm this obvious truth.
V. 10: The word "TEMPTATION" comes from the Greek word (Peirasmos)which is a
testing and depending on the circumstance of how it is used it has 2
meanings depending on who is doing the tempting. If it is God it is for the
purpose of proving someone and never for the purpose of causing one to fail.
If it is the devil who is doing the tempting he has designed it expressly
for the purpose of causing failure. In this case it is the devil and the
temptation is whether or not those Christians who have missed the Rapture
will take the number and those who don't will not be able to buy or sell and
must depend on faith that God will provide for them.
V.10: The word "COME" translated from the Greek (ERCHOMAL) "to come" (HO
ERCHOMENOS)"He who is coming" is a title of the Messiah., it is also used in
the sense of "to return."
V.11:The word (CROWN) this word is taken from the Greek "STEPHANOS" and not
used in the sense of a kingly crown but the crown of victory given to the
winner of a race. It is the Apostle Paul who equates our Christian journey
as a race to the finish, the finish being heaven.
V.12: ("...PILLAR in the TEMPLE..." The word temple is one of the references
pertaining to the Being and purpose of Jesus Christ for a temple is the
center of a sacred enclosure as Jesus is the center and foundation of the
Church. The (PILLARS) is the Raptured Church. What are pillars made to stand
on? A foundation and Christ is the foundation and center piece of this
temple "...of my God and he (the raptured) shall go no more out.."
Vs. 14-22 represents the "left behind" Christian who were nominal in faith
and the knowledge they had to learn after they were saved. Here Jesus stands
at a Church door (only Christians worship in Churches)and is knocking. Who
knocks on a door from the inside? No one and it is clear that He is standing
on the outside of the Church knocking and telling them to come out of these
self righteous religious institutions and "sup with Him" and there is no
doubt that although His Church has departed He is still extending His Grace
and Mercy to these Christians.
Chapter 4:1 is a scene in heaven. This is no coincidence that this is a
scene in heaven because this is where the Church is.
The last time the word Church is mention in a favorable context is in
reference to the Church of Philadelphia which is the Raptured Church but
when it is mentioned in 3:14-22 it is of the rich prosperous Churches of
today, the Church of Laodicea which received the most demeaning reprimand of
all 5 that received reproof from the Lord.
Furthermore the word Church itself is absent between Chapters 3 to 22:16 the
last Chapter in the Bible.
There are those who say that the Church is present during the Tribulation
because of the "radiant woman and the child" in Chapter 12 and this
illogical premise has its basis in that the Church, the Bride of Christ is
always spoken of in the feminine gender, if this position is taken without a
second thought it would be sacrilege for in Chapter 12 the woman (Church)
gives birth to the child (Christ)and how can the Church give birth to it's
founder? God always refers to Israel as committing adultery when they
worshiped idols because He says that He is a jealous God and in His
terminology Israel is His wife. It is through Israel that Jesus Christ
adopted His bloodline to participate in kinship with man and it is Israel
that gave birth to their Messiah.
In Revelations 1:9 is the outline of the first 6 chapters of the Book and it
says, "Write the things which thou has seen.." this is written in Chapter
1,"...and the things which are.." this refers to the 7 Churches "...and the
things which shall be HEREAFTER." The hereafter means after the Church Age.
The Church does not come near the Great Tribulation and it is God who says
that He is all merciful if He allows His faithful to be present in this
world when He brings down His wrath upon the wicked, then who would be the
recipients of His mercy? Case closed Thank you.

Your Comments:
Dear Mr. Wilson,
I pray that your first name is an attribute to your character concerning
your challenge because there is no way my proof to your challenge can be
taken any other way if your offer is sincere. John 14:26 says that it is the
Holy Spirit that will teach all things concerning the truth of what Jesus
Christ has said and it is the Holy Spirit who has being guiding me to the
truth while seeking the knowledge and ways of the Lord for there is the
knowledge we learned that save us and there is the knowledge we must learn
after we are saved. Therefore just in case you are viewing through a glass
darkly here is more evidence to augment the truth I have already presented
to you and your challenge.
In the language of the USMC assault tactics first I sent my group troops to
assault your position, now I will support them with close air support which
marines are the best at.
Here are related verses that are cross references to the verses I have
already given you:
V.10 2 Peter 2:9 "The Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of TEMPTATION
and preserve the unjust until the day of judgment to be punished." Just as
Noah and the ark and Lot at Sodom, these incidents were "shadows" of things
to come and each time God bought down His wrath first He warns, then He
takes out His faithful, then He brings down His wrath upon the wicked. In
each case there is always a small remnant that survives. This verse is an
explicit reference to saving the faithful who will not have to make a
decision whether or not to take the mark, those who are not Raptured are the
unjust and ungodly and are being reserved for the "temptation which shall
come upon all the world to try them that dwell upon the earth."
Luke 2:1 " And it came to pass in those days that there went out a decree
from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed." Rev. 13!16 "And
he causes all....to receive a mark in their right hand and or in their
forehead:" V.17 "And no man may buy or sell, save he that had the mark.."
The Roman empire is the same thing as Babylon (the world)which is in enmity
against God and Caesar who ruled the empire is a "type cast" of Satan ruler
of this world. The decree that went out to be taxed is the same as the mark
that all must receive "rich or poor free or bond" in order to survive for
without the mark no one can buy (food or shelter) or to sell to make a
living.
Isaiah 24:17 "Fear and the pit and the snare are upon thee, O inhabitants of
the earth." This is a direct relation to the temptation for those present on
the earth there will be fear and those who give in to it are snared to be
put in the pit for they have trapped themselves to be preserved for the
calamities of the Great Tribulation.
V.11 Philippians 4:5 "The Lord is at hand" is a direct reference to "Behold
I come quickly.."
V.12 "And he set up PILLARS in the porch of the TEMPLE: and he set up the
right PILLAR and called the name thereof Jachin and he set up the left
PILLAR and called the name thereof Boaz." As the pillars in the temple in
Rev. 3:12 are the raptured saints of the new testament, Jachin and Boaz are
the saints of the old testament who have already been raptured by death.
Sir, your challenge was accepted and proved that only the faithful shall be
physically removed from this earth. The word Rapture itself is not in the
Bible but it is hinted of in 1 Corinthians 15:51 "Behold I show thee a
MYSTERY (the Rapture) we shall not all sleep but shall be changed. V.52
"...in the twinkling of an eye..."
It is only logically to doubt a physical removal of a billion Christians
from this earth if this were the case this instant disappearance of so vast
a number of people who were all Christians would alert the whole world that
we who believe were right and would be enough to cause even "Mohammed Alla
Akbah" ( Mohammedeans in general) to drop to their knees and confess that
Jesus Christ is Lord but on the contrary there will be so few Christians to
be raptured that even the whole Christian community will not realized it for
they are looking for themselves to be raptured but they are the left behind
for most Christians are not grounded in the Word of God and are tossed to
and fro by every wind and doctrine claiming truth. To say that all
Christians shall be raptured simply because they believe in Jesus is a
corruption of the truth that the present day (Laodicean) churches are
promoting. To say that all Christian believe in Christ what is it that they
believe? If all Christian believed the same thing about Christ there would
be no denominations of the faith for we would all be of one accord in Christ
as the Bible demands. All Christians receive the Holy Spirit once they
accept the truth but the Holy Spirit is only cultivated in those Christians
who are SELFLESS as Christ was Selfless when He left His Glory to come down
to this world in sinful flesh to participate in kinship with man that He may
save man from himself.
Here is your evidence and for the sincere it should present clarity to a
subject where truth is only revealed through the revelations of the Holy
Spirit of God. Thank you. I await your reply.

Mr. Wilson,
I took the time to review the verses you say that prove there is no Rapture.
It is the Holy Spirit that gives us discernment in understanding the Bible.
You have taken a detour from the truth of the Bible because you are leaning
on your own understanding which fosters ignorance and misunderstanding of
the Scripture. To get a clearer understanding of a verse always read the
verses before and after the verse to get a clear meaning or the related
verses in the margins. Starting at v. 12 it is plan to see that Jesus is
saying that He as given them the truth and that they have received it and
are hated by the world and in danger and He prays that they are kept from
evil and as He is santified so are they that they be kept safe for those who
would believe in Him through their word of Him.
If all of those who saw Jesus, heard His truth and became followers of Him
were all killed off after He ascended back to His Glory how could the good
news of the Gospel be spread in the world?

Your Comments:
Mr. Wilson ,
Your discernment of Scripture is based solely on your interpretion and what
you are doing is leaning on your own understanding and not that of the Holy
Spirit who teaches us all truth in rememrance of Christ as John 14:26 tells
those of us who are blessed with a hunger for God's truth.
You should always read the verses before and after the verse you want to
edify in order to get clarity. If you start at Matt.17:12 you may see that
Jesus prays for their safty because His truth has separated them from the
world they are in danger and as He is sanctified so are they that they may
go out into the world and through them His gospel may reach others. If all
those who saw, believed and became followers of Christ were killed after He
departed who would spread the good news of the gospel?
In your 2nd prove of evidence in order for you to grasp what is meant by
your conclusion "end of the age" if you had said the end of the Church age
you'd be right. Rev. 1:4 tells of 7 Churches which are in chapters 2-3. Each
of these Churches represent a period in Church history starting at EHPESUS,
it is called the Aposoltic Church because it was started by the Apostles and
was the first Church built outside of Jerusalem (AD 30-100). The Church of
Smyrna represnts the martyrdom period of Church history because the
Christians would not accepted Emperor worship and suffered greatly (2nd-3rd
century). The Church of Pergamos represents the age of the state church,
which began with the Roman Emperor Constantine and continued until he let
the first pope be recognized to have authority over the Roman Catholic
Church (AD 313-590). The Church of Thyratria corresponds to the time period
when the church was firmly established not only as a church but also as a
state (AD 590-1517). The church od Sardis pictures the Reformation era of
the Church (AD 1517-1790). The Church of Philadelphia represents the age of
the missionary Church and is where the rapture occurs in Revelations (Ad
1790-1900). The Church of Laodicea protrays the apostate church of the last
days (1900-present). Are you starting to realize that in order to get the
truth you need the spirit truth?
Premise #3 is also taken out of context because it is speaking of the end of
this world as verse 40 says and not the rapture.
#4 is the same as #2.
#5 In Matt. 13:49 it does not say "taken" but sever which comes from a Greek
word APHORIZO which means to be separated locally and again not the rapture
but as the verse says "at the end of the world."
#6 Matt.24:37-41 is saying that just as people were doing in the days of
Noah they shall be doing at the coming of the Son of man. The reference to
the Son of man is not the end of the world and here it refers to the "taking
away of God's faithful" before the Tribulation. It is "The day of the Lord"
that is reserved for your meaning.
#7 God has been giving His warns for over 2,000 years, next He will remove
His Faithful, then bring down His wrath. He did the same at Sodom He gave
warning, took out Lott and his family, then bought down fire and brimestone.
This is what is known as a "Shadow" or "Type" of things to come. To deny the
rapture solely because Lott was not physically removed from earth is again
you leaning on your own understanding.
#8 Revelation 19:17-18 says nothing about the dead rebelling against God
these "kings" and "captains" are clearly alive and have nothing to do with
the rapture.
#9 If God spared not the wicked and Noah and his family were removed from
the earth who would be left to repopulate the earth?
If you read Rev. 3:20 you see those left behind after the Church has been
raptured, in v. 21 Jesus is still showing His grace and mercy for there will
be people who repent and become His and if this time were not shorten not
even they would be left alive, this is telling you how bad the Great
Tribulation will be.
#10 Psalm has not a thing to do with your claim.
#11 Psalm 37:9-11,20 refers to the new earth after the old one has been
destroyed.
# 12 Psalm 145:20 is proof of the Rapture for God preserved them as well as
those who died in Christ.
#13 Psalm 125:1 the wicked are removed forever and on the new earth the
saints will remain forever.
#14-15 are as weak as all you think know about the truth that is not hidden
and God says that if you can't believe the truth He will allow to to believe
a strong delusion.
1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 as well as chapter 5 is the rapture that you can't
see for v.13 speak of those asleep (died in Christ) v.14 says they shall
rise again, v.15 "we which are alive and will remain until the coming of the
Lord" the word "prevent"is derived from a Greek verb which means "to
anticipate, to be before"v. 16 "and the Lord shall ascend from heaven" and
v. 17" we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them
in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air..."
Chapter 5 is a warning and after reading all I have offered you as proof
that you no nothing of what you claim to believe as truth, it should be a
wake up call for you.
Mr. Wilson with 1 Thessalonians 4:13 and Chapter 5 alone I have met your
challenge and I have endured your verses of evidence to support your premise
that the rapture which is the physical removal of the Church from this world
is a fallacy.
If you are sincere and if you love the truth you will humble yourself to it
for the rapture is a truth that is stranger than fiction and whether or not
you are sincere about the $10,000 I am blessed to have a forum inwhich to
prove this most valuable and important event that we can be apart of for we
who can see this are truly blessed and this is the first time I have had an
oppurtunity to share it for there are too few who taken it seriously and to
them all I can say is better them than me. Revelations is a tough one but
the first 6 chapters plus chapter 12 come through with a knowledge of the
history of the world and of
Israel. I know that there will be a least one Christian out there who will
see the truth and find new strength in their faith and act upon it.
Thank you and may god bless you with truth.

Your Comments:
Dear Mr. Wilson,
I just took the time to read some of those who agree with you and it just
reenforces my belief that there will be so few raptured that the Christian
community will not realize that they are among the left behind. Since you do
believe in the Lord then Matthew 7:14 should be of interest for it says,
"Because strait is the gate and narrow is the way which leads unto (eternal)
life and few there be that find it." The Greek word here for "life" is ZOE
which is referring to the principle of life of the spirit and the soul,
which is distinquish from BIOS which means physical life. If there be few at
the end that make it to everlasting life that tells me that a billion
Christians will not be raptured and judging by your supporters there will be
many headed for a RUDE AWAKENING.
Here is simple logic to augment the truth of the rapture for the evidence is
tangible and right under your nose. Since the rapture is about the Church
being "caught up" in the sky to meet Jesus, then why is the word Church
itself absent between Revelations 3 and the last chapter 22? I would like a
rebuttal from your nay saying Bible scholars. Can any of you give my a good
reason why? I'm waiting.
Sir, what you need to do is invest in a Greek/Hebrew Keyword Study Bible KJV
it may shed some light on the truth which is only hidden to those who are
allowed to believe a strong delusion because they in denial of the truth.
I have been waiting to see my challenge to you to prove me wrong in what I
have submitted to prove that you and your supporters who at least believe in
Christ may have learned the knowledge that saved you but not the knowledge
you must learn after you were save.
Sincerely, D.A. LeFlore

Colonel Speed Sir,
Your anti rapture evidence makes a gorilla dressed in a tuxedo look like it
fits better than what you think is the truth. I'm the former Marine who
challenged you for $10000 with tangible evidence that you can see, as since
the rapture is about the physical removal of the Church (Greek for "the
called out")why is the word "CHURCH" itself absent between Rev. 3 to 22:16?
The PILLARS in the TEMPLE are the NT saints as the pillars in the temple in
1Kings 7:21 Jachin and Boaz are OT saints.
As a Christians we should be in love with the truth for the truth sets us
free. Muslims,Mormons and atheist care not for the truth but are more
concerned about the way they want God to be. That you would use 1
Thessalonians 4:13-17 and Chapter 5 as your proof that the rapture is not
shows that you have not the Holy Spirit as your guide to the truth for the
Holy Spirit is only cultivated in SELFLESS Christians and those verses carry
the weight of truth that only a blind in the heart person can't see.
I have presented clarity in the path that supports the Rapture others
seeking to have it verified by the Word see it. Why can't you? Charles Tase
Russell
took from the Bible what he agreed with and threw out the things he
disagreed with and made his own Bible you are of the same elk as he if you
believe that the verses you use make null and void the Rapture of God's
faithful. I have earned that $10000 and will use every means possible to
bring it to light that it is obvious you have no knowledge of what you
claim. donaldleflore1@aol.com

will keep on commenting on your website until someone views it and supports
my effort. It is wrong for you to hide wrote I proved to you when there are
Christians out there who can rejoice in the truth that this event is real.
Satan attacking me to make my life miserable, first our apt. caught fire and
it has been 3 months so far we have been displaced whole the owner violated
California renters law by not using the insurance money allocated for
tenants to find comparable living conditions. I was force to pay $60-$65 a
day for hotels. When my step daughter found a place for her and the dog I
was relieve thinking that now I could go to the VA and get transition al
housing until this is over but I am not a dope addict or alcoholic I when
through all that for 20 yrs after I came back from the Nam only to have my
wife who saved me for I was still fighting the war to be brutality murdered
and the dog who did it only got 5 years as he was out of his mind on drugs
but that marine ethos was, is all will always be that over side of me locked
away and with the aid of her mom we united and let him know what it was like
to be beaten without mercy with with a coat hanger and the Chicago
detectives who investigated His demised they closed it has a suicide. I
never got satisfaction against the VC and NVA but it was killed or be killed
I had respect for them they gave no quarter and we asked for none. That same
discipline the Corp in stalled in me bought me from boy to man never proud
of the measures we had to take to stop the torture and mutilation of my
marine buddies and that bond that helped us over come the fear to accomplish
our mission is still a motivation. Victor Chrales had bow down after he
tested the resolve on the 1st CAG 3rd MAB lima co. when 2 companies tried to
send doped up sappers into our wire only to fall trough trenches full of
pooh gas but fire as a way of its own and they never had to the motion to
play t5it for tat again. In other words they ended their
brutality and tasted the truth of our motto,"if you to come this way you can
but after we're dead". Colonel I still have that resolve my Step daughter
had a husband the beat her so in order for me not to "unleash the hounds"
she in under my care. God showed me mercy and I only react to violence but
never seek it but I have people that depend upon me I do not lie, cheat or
steal. You you have to either show me wrong about my proof or be a man of
honor and honor your challenge. I need the money and anyone who reviews it
will agreed that I bested your challenge. Right now I have a little boy
sheriffs deputy you is a racist and has put me in jail twice on charges that
show is punk is trying to. make a name for himself. He has arrested me and
falsely imprisoned me claiming that I am a convict based on the fact that I
am a Black man I have never been to prison and have no felonies and each
charge he put on me the judge through it out of court. Well after having a
sit down with his watch commander he has been sent back to the county jail
as jailer not worthy to be a patrol officer because he is why police get
snipped at. I have a sense of justice and you can be a man of honor and
integrity or have me keep at this until it gets public and maybe God wants
this. You can mobilize the Klan or any other of those pseudo patriots You
can post my comments or get a law suit for my resolve is as that sleeping

TRIBULATION AND THAT IT IS AN EVENT CONCERNING A FEW, WHICH ARE THE CHURCH
BUT AS ALL OTHERS IN THE PAST WHO TRIED TO BRING UNDERSTANDING AND CLARITY
TO THE MAIN CHARACTERS OF REVELATIONS AS THE "MAN OF SIN" THE ANTI CHRIST
WHO PLAYS A PIVOTAL ROLL CONCERNING THE CHURCH.
MR. OWENS, AS TIME AS PROVEN WAS NOT AND COULD NOT BE THE ANTI CHRIST THE
MISSING INGREDIENT IN HER TIME WAS THE RETURN OF ISRAEL AS A SOVEREIGN
NATION AS THE PROPHECY MADE BY JESUS STATED. THE JEWISH NATION IS THE KEY TO
REALIZING WHEN WE ARE IN THE SEASON OF THE RAPTURE. REMEMBER THAT SALVATION
CAME FIRST TO THE JEW THEN THE GENTILE, THE JEW REFUSED THE SALVATION OF
JESUS.DOES GOD LEAVE ANYTHING UNDONE? NO,THEREFORE, WHEN THE THE JEWS
RETURNED TO THEIR HOME LAND AGAINST ALL ODDS THIS WAS THE SIGNAL THAT GOD IS
