"As a former futurist who was disenchanted with the twisting of Scripture by "dispy" teachers, I'm glad I found this website and its corresponding links. Preterism is the closest thing I've found that doesn't compromise Scripture. I am new to this as I have spent many hours reading "dispy" publications and a lot of money purchasing these items. But the only thing I ever learned was Scripture didn't fit with what these guys were saying. My comment on many occasions was, "Where are they getting that interpretation from this scripture verse." I can freely tell you that I'm not fully convinced but you certainly have my attention and I will study these sites thoroughly and often. It also helps that I have a church and Sunday school class that teach preterism. I thank my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for leading me to you and my church and I pray he give me a fuller, richer understanding of His Word and of preterism."
"I want to thank you for letting me know about your site. After studying the material you have there I have been overwhelmingly persuaded that the Preterist position reflects the gospel with much more reality and truth that what I had previously been taught. Your site has answered questions I have had for many years. Questions I had actually been afraid to confront because I felt they were "strange", and possibly even heretical. It was with great relief that I have discovered that these same questions have been asked, and answered, by godly men throughout history and that I don't stand alone with these beliefs." - God bless, Mike Bacon
"I read your viewpoints and doctrinal statements. No offense, but your thinking is cluttered and holds no water in the light of the history of Biblical fulfilled prophecy. A self-enthroned egoist resists truth at all costs to his position even if it is false and destructive to the lives and belief systems of others. It is incredible to me that you promote this arrogance." - David Hill
"I must admit that I had never heard of the term "Preterist" before in my long life of studies. I know that I have never met anyone who holds such views. I will study your site with great interest. I may even have some of my ministerial students write a paper on this doctrine. I very much doubt if you will change my mind, but be assured that I respect all sincerely held Christian beliefs, yours included. I was glad to note that there was not any sign of animosity toward other Christians who do not share your belief. Sincerely in Christ." - Rev. Glen E. Hammett
"Pastor Dennis: I am an elder in a reformed but nondenominational church in Medford, Oregon. I have spent a lot of time at your Preterist Archive and have enjoyed it very much. While the Preterist viewpoint is relatively new to me, I agreed with, or at least deemed possible, most of the Preterist beliefs. Having come out of a Dispensational background about 1990, I would probably place myself in the reformed amillennial camp." - Donald R. Cox
"I think you are doing a good job, the preterist view is correct. Those who do not accept it are simply not looking at history, and the language of the day, and of the Apocalyptic nature of the language of Mat. 24 and other New Testament books and chapters that go along with Mat. 24, and of the same language used in the Old Testament when punishment was prohesied to fall on a nation." - Gilbert Ehler
